The outside agitator narrative has been used to discredit and harm people of color for decades. Currently, it is being as a forceful tactic separate the movement Black lives from broader that racism deeply rooted in American social structures, institutions, everyday life. This article examines implications how profession work similarly simultaneously maintained culture white supremacy racist ideologies our work. As outsiders predominantly profession, workers act agitators when dispelling myths practices communities color.
